Revolution Concrete Mixers came to CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 with a clear mission:  reinforce their position as an industry leader in the concrete industry, introduce new products to a massive audience, and give both the Revolution and London Machinery brands a presence worthy of the show’s scale. 

NPARALLEL + Atomic Props managed every phase of execution, from initial concept through installation, delivering a 1,800-square-foot exhibit featuring two full-size physical concrete mixer trucks at one of the largest trade shows in the world.

Business Challenge

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is not a show where you blend in. With 145,000-plus attendees, more than 2,000 exhibitors, and over 3 million square feet of exhibit space spread across three convention center halls, standing out requires more than a well-designed booth. It requires total execution. 

Revolution Concrete Mixers needed an exhibit that could carry multiple objectives at once: introduce new products, spotlight their parts and ecommerce capabilities, represent two brands, and demonstrate the kind of leadership in innovation and quality that the company has built over 100 years. With an agency partner handling brand messaging and graphics, they needed an exhibit partner who could manage everything else, completely and without gaps.

Our Solution

Full Service Execution, Every Phase

NPARALLEL + Atomic Props  managed this project from initial concept through installation, coordinating design, fabrication, graphics formatting, transportation, and on-site setup. With Six Speed handling brand messaging and graphic design, our role was to make sure everything they created translated perfectly into the physical environment, and that every other operational piece was handled. 

The result was a  1,800-square-foot exhibit built around two full-size physical concrete mixer trucks, one Revolution and one London Machinery, giving attendees a chance to experience both brands up close in a space designed to show them off. 

A Last Minute Launch, Handled

A few weeks before booth shipment, Revolution came to us with a new request: a dedicated space to highlight an upcoming product launch. That meant designing and fabricating a custom shroud to elevate the feature within the booth, plus additional graphic production and transportation logistics, all on a compressed timeline. 

We handled it. The new product area was ready for the show, integrated seamlessly into the existing booth design. 

Details That Drive the Experience

The booth was designed with intentionality at every level. The parts wall was repositioned to face outward, making it more accessible and visible to passing attendees. Large screens carried brand messaging throughout the space. The truck layout was updated from the prior year to give both vehicles more visibility. Every element was designed to pull people in and give them something worth stopping for. 

Built To Work From the Inside Out

A well-run booth doesn’t just look good on the show floor. It functions behind the scenes, too. The exhibit included a dedicated back-of-house space that supported team coordination, storage, and day-to-day functionality throughout the event. That kind of operational infrastructure keeps the client team organized and responsive, and ensures the attendee-facing experience stays polished no matter what the day brings. 

Results

Revolution Concrete Mixers walked away from CONEXPO 2026 with a booth that delivered on every objective, and a client team that noticed.
