Immersive Summit Experience
Executive Summary
Bridgestone wanted us to develop a customer Summit that brought their products, technologies, and Fleet Care solutions to life by immersing their top customers in a seamless experience. They wanted to showcase how Bridgestone’s partnership would help take their customer’s business to the next level. Priority was focused on tires, with a second priority on their tire centric and mobility solutions businesses.
The experience also needed to clearly communicate the ENLITEN Technology and its impact on performance as well as how it ties back to their global sustainability commitment.
Business Challenge
Located at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, our team had to build a custom designed and fabricated experience that utilized multiple areas inside and outside the hotel. An experience that would span their week-long Summit.
Goals & Objectives
Follow the brand visual guidelines and voice while building a cohesive brand experience for multiple areas of focus.
Showcase all business units equally throughout the experience including Consumer, Commercial, Off-road, and Ag under one roof.
Use real full-size products throughout the space, including tires and vehicles.
- Reuse materials that were produced from prior experiences – creating a more sustainable footprint.
Our Solution
We designed, fabricated, and built a cohesive experience that clearly communicated multiple brands, key messages, products, and technology for their top customers. We collaborated daily to ensure the design and installation of the experience went off successfully.
Results
NPARALLEL + Atomic Props had a very small window to complete the installation and dismantle while on site. Ultimately, our team arrived to successfully install 28,494 sq. feet of activations in a day and a half. The customer was extremely happy with the event, and in a few days, we turned around and dismantled successfully in the same amount of time.
